Research profile
Fêdde S. Zijlstra, MSc. graduated in 2017 from the Eindhoven University of Technology with a master thesis on the relation between system architecture and innovation dynamics. Currently, he pursues a Ph.D. at the School of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences in the Innovation, Technology Entrepreneurship & Marketing group. His Ph.D. project is aimed at identifying and understanding the drivers of performance improvement at the customer support department of a company in a high-tech industry. Zijlstra's research interests include learning curves, organizational learning, complex networks, evolutionary innovation, and new product development.
