Dina Smirnov is a postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, in the OPAC group. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 2016 from the Technion -- Israel Institute of Technology. She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and a M.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Industrial Engineering, obtained in a special B.Sc.-M.Sc. direct program, from the same university.

Her research interests include supply chain management and coordination, production planning and control, inventory control, risk pooling, multi-phase distributions, revenue management and mechanism design.
