Research profile
Dhruv Khandelwal is a PhD candidate at the Control System group in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology. His current research focus is on automating the process of obtaining data-driven models of dynamical systems using concepts inspired from computer intelligence and computational linguistics.
Academic background
Dhruv Khandelwal completed his Bachelors studies at the Department of Electrical Engineering in Vellore Institute of Technology in 2013. He received his Masters degree at the Control Systems group in the Department of Electrical Engineering (EE) at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in 2015. in January 2016, he started working as a PhD candidate in the Control Systems group (in EE, TU/e) under the supervision of dr. Roland Tóth. He works on the project titled 'Control And Data-driven modelling Using SYmbolic regression (CADUSY)'. Presently, he is also co-supervised by dr. Maarten Schoukens.
