Chirag Arora is a PhD researcher at the department of Philosophy and Ethics at the Eindhoven University of Technology. His current research critically examines ethical issues related to Interoperability of electronic healthcare systems. He is particularly interested in the field of digital ethics and philosophy of complex systems.

Chirag graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with a Master and Bachelor degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. He also graduated with distinction from the Philosophy of Science, Technology and Society Program at University of Twente, Netherlands. His thesis critically examined the notion of Internet architecture and gave a normative account of a future Internet architecture.
