Chiara Gallese is a postdoctoral research fellow in the UNI 4 JUSTICE project at University of Trieste’s Department of Mathematics and Geosciences, a guest researcher in the RAISE project at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, and a research fellow in the REMIDE project at the School of Engineering at Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC. She holds a Ph.D. from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (2017). She is also a privacy expert (CIPP/E 2021) and an attorney admitted to the Italian bar in 2015. Her research focuses on Privacy, AI & Law, Data Ethics, Law & Technology
