Ashwin Bhat received his M.Sc. degree from the Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands, in 2014 and the B.E. degree from the Visveswaraiah Technological University, in 2009.

In 2009, he started as an Associate Engineer within the Electronics Centre of Excellence at EATON Corporation, India. The work involved modelling, redesign and troubleshooting of cockpit control panels of both commercial and defense aircrafts. From 2012 till 2014 he worked at Philips Research on different projects within the context of Intelligent lighting, Smart healthcare devices and IC design (SAR ADC) for Medical Ultrasound. From 2015 till 2016 he worked at ASML and Manus VR developing smart sensor solutions for EUV machines and virtual reality gloves. Later on, he joined Fokker Services as an Avionics Capability Development Engineer developing complex test equipment for cockpit display systems, flight management computers, navigation and communication equipment.

In April 2017 he joined the Eindhoven University of Technology as a Postgraduate Design engineer, where he works currently. Since then, he has been working on Analog frontend modelling and design for Medical Ultrasound, with the main focus on ADC research and design at Philips Research.
