Anna Casimiro did her BSc and MSc at the Chemistry Department of the University of Parma, Italy. She also got a MSc degree from the Chemistry Department of the University of Cape Town, South Africa
In September 2018 she started her Phd in the Membrane Materials and Processes Group, Department of Chemical Engineering & Chemistry, Eindhoven University of Technology.
Her expertises are Catalysis, Dirhodium(II) complexes, Supramolecular chemistry and Auxetic materials
The aim of the project Membranes for the removal of micropollutant for drinking water production is the development of isoporous membranes based on a templated liquid crystal with tunable pore functionality and pore size for the retention of micropollutants for water purification and drinking water production.
