PhD Candidate at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) from the Information Systems (IS) research group, studying the utilization of Digital Twin data to improve Supply Chains in Smart Cities for sustainable purposes as part of the "AI Planner of the Future" program.

Academic background

Bachelor's in Econometrics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). Specialized in Quantitative Logistics and Operations Research for his masters at EUR, where he developed a serious interest in Maritime Logistics and wrote an award-nominated thesis on it. He also spent several years working as a Research Assitant that culminated in becoming a Visiting Researcher at Khalifa University after his graduation. Then, he landed a position at a renonwned consultancy firm where he became acquainted with the practicalities of processing real-life data using Artifical Intelligence tools for decision-making.
