Within Integrated Antenna Systems our research efforts are focused on merging traditional microwave engineering and antenna disciplines in order to integrate the antenna with the integrated circuit and packaging technology. We develop semi-analytical models for optimizing complex antenna systems, such as phased arrays and focal-plane arrays. Next to this, we have developed state-of-the-art antenna test facilities.
