The Sound Lab is dedicated to exploring sound as a design material.
Its facilities include hardware and software for designing (with) sound, such as portable recording devices, various microphones, (binaural) headphones, microphones for making 3D recordings for e.g., VR, and more, as well as software suites for manipulating and processing sounds. We can support the recording of speech and non-speech sound.
The Sound Lab is available to staff and students.
