Description
Dedicated widefield (epi-)fluorescence microscope, a full closure temperature control, CO2 & humidity control, to enable Live cell imaging. The microscope further is equipped with an Adaptive Focus Control (AFC, hardware autofocus) and enables Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy with laser lines at 488 nm and 561 nm. The Alveole protein printer 'Primo' is attached, as is a 16-bits grayscale sCMOS camera.
