Drying at low temperatuur (-57°C) en low vaccuum (0,09 mbar) of a sample pre-frozenin liquid nitrogen. At low temperature and vaccuum water will sublimate from the frozen solid sample. After freeze drying a dry solid sample will be the result.Freeze drying is not suitable for sample containing acidic products and solvents !!
