QComp 2023 Competition Report: Rare Events (experimental reproduction package)

This meta-artifact permits to reproduce the experimental results presented in § 9 "Rare Events" of the article "Tools at the Frontiers of Quantitative Verification: QComp 2023 Competition Report". To do so, download and uncompress the archive, and follow the instructions in any of the README files.NOTE: this artifact is a collection of five independent artifacts, one for each tool used for experimentation in the related article. In particular, each such internal artifact comes with its own licence, e.g. GPLv3 for FIG and DFTRES and MIT for RAGTIMER. The CC BY 4.0 licence chosen for this meta-artifact applies solely to the README files at top level (README, README.md, README.pdf) and the model files inside of the subdirectory "models/".
