Description
This dataset consists of files used to produce the data presented the article of the same title and some of the simulation results. This includes chemistry and transport data files, which contain a list of included reactions, their reaction rate coefficients, and transport coefficients, and configuration files for running the simulations. The version of afivo-streamer in October 2019 was used in this study. Also included in this dataset are the outputted log files of the simulations.
