Data underlying the publication "A biomimetic microfluidic model to study signalling between endothelial and vascular smooth muscle cells under hemodynamic conditions"
The data and resulting publication describe the fabrication and characterization of an artery-on-chip: a biomimetic microfluidic device for in vitro studies of endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells under hemodynamic conditions. The dataset consists of bioimaging, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and directionality analysis data.
