When designing interactive and intelligent systems, we want users to have positive experiences. Designing for positive user experiences requires an understanding at two levels: (1) How is the user experience related to product, system and service properties. (2) How do people integrate the use of interactive products, services and systems into their everyday life. In this course, we will go into depth with respect to the theory and contextualize the theory through a case-based approach.
