Systems in time and space

In the course Systems in Time and Space the mathematical basis needed for the analysis of physical systems will be introduced. In addition to the introduction of the mathematical concepts and their background, examples from a biomedical context will be used to illustrate and practice the application of these concepts. This course lays the foundation for many courses in the BME major and master, and the engineering skills discussed are a must for each (bio)medical engineer.
