Description

Our present society is impossible without semiconductor that form the basis of many devices such as computers, mobile telephones, solar cells, LED light sources, etc. De ever-increasing miniaturisation of semiconductors makes it possible to study, manipulate and utilize quantum effects. In course we will focus on the conceptual and application oriented challenges of semiconductor devices and nanostructures, such as nanowires and quantum dots.
