Dynamics and control of mechanical systems



This course is the first step into understanding how to model and control the dynamic response of mechanical systems like high-tech precision systems and automotive systems. To this end the derivation of the equations of motion of a multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) is presented and the vibrations of these systems are studied. The next step is to apply classical control theory to control the response of the systems for the single input single output case.
