Here’s a short-list of options, not limited, depending on topics a subject area specialist is involved in:Contribution to Math or Physics Olympiad phases during which you coach participating students, develop assignments or practicals.
Contributing to bachelor or master course, e.g. you analyse a course and write a proposal for improvement with clear connections to theory.
Contribution to educational innovation, e.g. you analyse a new science or engineering topic and elaborate on how education on that topic or procedure could look like.
Contribution to professional development of teachers, e.g. you contribute content-wise and present at a teacher conference or disseminate via a teacher journal.
