Putin as the face of climate threat

Article in the Belgian (Flemish) newspaper De Standaard. Reflection on a radio interview with EU Commision vice president Frans Timmermans on how the war in Ukraine is partly caused by climate change. In doing so he manage something that was not done before: give climate threat a political face: Putin's, as the kind of political leaders we can expect when things get worse. Hopefully this ignites the democratic countries to finally engage in strong climate politics.
