Currently, the Circular Economy has become publicly recognized. However, some field needs adjustment yet. The housing for senior citizens is not only very important but also they comprise a considerable percentage of the society. For this particular population well being highly depends on their living circumstance. In these regards, two different but interconnected subjects are taken into account. First is the importance of circularity for their living environment. and secondly the application of cutting edge technologies for their housing.
